Her entrepreneurial career began after 2 successful careers, first as a first grade teacher, and then as a Human Resources manager. Sheila took what she learned in the retail, education and engineering consulting industries, and applied it to helping businesses attract, develop and retain their best talent. Today, as founder of Priority Leadership Group, Sheila’s passion is to help organizations develop into great places to work by coaching executives to become the leaders their teams deserve.
